The Structure

Six-Week Group Structure

One move per week. Each week has a focus, one discussion question, and one action step every man commits to.

Week 1

Center

Put God first — not beside your life, but at the center of it.

Discuss

What has been sitting at the center of your life lately?

Action

Begin each day this week with prayer before your phone.

Week 2

Surrender

Take your hands off the wheel. You cannot be led and stay in control at the same time.

Discuss

What are you still trying to control that needs to be submitted to God?

Action

Identify one area where obedience is required before comfort arrives.

Week 3

Define

Know who God says you are before pressure, culture, failure, or appetite names you.

Discuss

What has been naming you more than God’s truth?

Action

Write a one-sentence identity statement rooted in faith, not performance.

Week 4

Govern

Master what runs you: habits, focus, time, standards, emotions, words, and appetite.

Discuss

What habit, emotion, appetite, or distraction is currently governing you?

Action

Remove or restrict one distraction for seven days.

Week 5

Build

Take consistent action with what God has already placed in your hands.

Discuss

What responsibility have you been delaying?

Action

Finish one unfinished responsibility this week.

Week 6

Lead

Carry responsibility beyond yourself. What you build was never only for you.

Discuss

Who is affected by your discipline or your drift?

Action

Have one intentional leadership conversation with someone you influence.

The Meeting

Group Meeting Format

Keep it simple and repeatable. A meeting can run in 60–90 minutes.
